Mango is the king of fruit in India where I grew up and there is no doubt that it is the most favorite fruit of mine and I always seek for ways to prepare recipes out of Mango.
The combination of mango and orange is my favorite so I have been juicing out mango + orange using my juice extractor every summer. This time, however, my son wanted to make fizzy mango drink so I thought of adding crush orange soda and voyla, orange soda brightened and sparkled the flavor of mango like anything! But if you do not like to use soda, you can certainly use fresh orange juice.
