Ingredients Quantity
Chopped Strawberry 1 cup
Chopped Banana 2nos
Almond, soaked, skinned 10 to 12
Yoghurt 1 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Honey 2 tsp
Oats 2 tbsp
Crushed ice As required
Method
• In a blender add almonds, chopped fruits and crushed ice. Blend it.
• Now add yogurt, honey, vanilla essence and oats. Blend well.
• Take the blended mixture in a glass.
• Garnish it with banana and strawberry.
• Oats up is now ready to serve.
