चुनाव आयोग ने एकनाथ शिंदे गुट को असली शिवसेना मान लिया है. आयोग ने शुक्रवार शाम को शिंदे गुट को शिवसेना का नाम और तीर-कमान का निशान भी इस्तेमाल करने की इजाजत दे दी. चुनाव आयोग ने पाया कि शिवसेना का मौजूदा संविधान अलोकतांत्रिक है. चुनाव आयोग के फैसले पर उद्धव ठाकरे बोले, असली धनुष बाण मेरे पास ही रहेगा.

The Election Commission has accepted the Eknath Shinde faction as the real Shiv Sena. On Friday evening, the commission allowed the Shinde faction to use the Shiv Sena's name and bow and arrow symbol as well. The Election Commission found that the present constitution of Shiv Sena is undemocratic.
