Experience Boundlessness with Har Har Mukanday Mantra - The Mantra of Liberation is our today's mantra in 11 Mins of Meditation Series.
Its the mantra which helps us to break free our inner restrains, inner boundaries, which are stopping us to live freely, to be present here and now. Har is the Sanskrit root word for Hari, one of the Hindu names for God; and hara, which means “destroyer” or “remover.” Mukanday is the liberating aspect of the Self.
Just Chant along with this. As you chant Har Har.. visualise that all the inner shackles are shaken and broken with every Har. releasing all the tension... relax between the chants!! Let the body get into the rhythm of the chant!! Hope this mantra will help you..
Infinite Love and Gratitude!!
