अजमेर शरीफ दरगाह के दीवान और सज्जादा नशीन सैयद ज़ैनुल आबेदीन अली खान ने कहा "मथुरा और काशी का मामला अदालत के समक्ष विचाराधीन है, इसलिए इस पर कोई टिप्पणी नहीं कर सकता। हम चाहते हैं कि इस मुद्दे को अदालत के बाहर हल किया जाए। यही सबसे अच्छा होगा। यही दोनों पक्षों (हिन्दू-मुस्लिम) के लिए सही रहेगा अन्यथा, यदि अदालत इस पर कोई निर्णय देगी तो वह निर्णय किसी एक पक्ष के पक्ष में होगा, जिससे दोनों पक्षों में कड़वाहट पैदा होगी।"

Ajmer Sharif Dargah Dewan and Sajjada Nasheen Syed Zainul Abedin Ali Khan said, "The matter of Mathura and Kashi is sub-judice before the court, so no one can comment on it. We want the issue to be resolved outside the court. This will be the best. This will be right for both the parties (Hindu-Muslim) otherwise, if the court gives any decision on this then that decision will be in favor of one party, which will create bitterness in both the parties."
