We had reported yesterday that the trailer of upcoming war film ‘The Ghazi Attack’ will be unveiled today and the trailer that we saw today morning is simply awe-inspiring and incredible!
From what we could see in the trailer, the film revolves around a classified mission of the Indian Navy to intercept a Pakistani submarine named PNS Ghazi, which was deployed to destroy Indian Navy’s prime warship INS Vikrant. Starring Rana Daggubati, Kay Kay Menon and Atul Kulkarni as Indian Navy officers, the trailer is slick, pacy, gritty and full of patriotic fervor. The film also stars Taapsee Pannu, who plays a Bangladeshi refugee. The Indian film industry has given many war flicks, but has never tackled the subject of an underwater combat and we are definitely excited to see the film on the big screen.
Directed by Sankalp Reddy, The Ghazi Attack, which is based on Reddy’s book ‘Blue Fish’, releases in theatres on 17th February.
