Kerry makes sure that she visits every home and meet up all the Gokuldham society members which makes them feel good and so she visits and enjoys the love and happiness she gets from there. Now it’s a time for the preparation of navratri and so Daya reminds all the ladies of the society about it and to start planning for it. And the favorite part of all ladies is to shop traditional chaniyacholi for this navratri and even Kerry is too excited to enjoy this festival with all the members of Gokuldham society. Daya gets an idea to buy those traditional outfits for navratri from Ahmedabad but knowing this all ladies just turns off her idea at first but later they start giving a thought to it. On the other hand, popatlal informs Kerry that he has done all the needful for Kerry to stay in a new home which shocks all the members of the society. And popatlal expresses his excitement to enjoy this navratri with Kerry. Knowing that Daya wants to go Ahmedabad to shop chaniyacholi jethalal gets angry and regrets the plan.

The show is inspired from the famous humorous column 'Duniya Ne Undha Chasma' written by the eminent Gujarati writer Mr. Tarak Mehta. This story evolves around happenings in "Gokuldham Co-operative Society" and covers topical issues which are socially relevant.The show predominantly revolves around 'Jethalaal' (Dilip Joshi) who is an uneducated Gujarati businessman. Your 'Taarak Mehta' (Sailesh Lodha), is his neighbour. 'Jethalaal' finds a friend and philosopher in 'Taarak Mehta' and often goes to him for advice whenever he is in trouble. Jethalaal's family includes his simpleton wife 'Daya Ben' (Disha Wakani) and a mischievous son 'Tapu' (Bhavya Gandhi). Tapu is a menace and a constant source of trouble to all the members of Gokuldham. They have often warned 'Jethalaal' to reform 'Tapu' or else be prepared to leave the premises. Lost hopes of being heard by his son pushes Jethalaal' to call his father 'Champaklal' (Amit Bhatt) from the village. This was his great idea of leashing some control over the mischievous Tapu. The opposite happens and the grandfather joins hands with the grandson to make life a roller coaster troublesome ride for Jethalaal.
