She informs Champak about the same & tells him she was going to the shop...As she is getting down the stairs Madhavi sees her & calls out & Daya says that she was going to the shop

A couple arrives at the shop to buy a TV its a first customer of the day arrive, Daya interacts with them
The husband is asking for medium size & the wife says that they should go in for the large size
but the man says that he did not have the budget to buy the large TV
Daya says that he could pay the rest money later on
Daya tells Natu kaka that they were buying the large TV
Natu kaka is happy & tells the amount payable was 11000 the man removes half the amount but Natu kaka there was no credit facility
the customer is furious & leave without making any purchase
Later Tapu calls Daya
she tells him that she was not able to make any sale so far
Tapu tells her not to worry & encourages her
Later two college girls arrive at the shop to make a mobile purchase & Daya is showing them hand sets
She over hears one of them talking over the phone about learning Garba steps & says the fees was 8000/- & it was too expensive
Daya tells them that she would teach them the steps for free just then Natu Kaka intervenes & says that only if they purchased the mobile worth 10,000 they could learn the steps for free
& tells them that they had just launced the scheme for Ganesh Chaturthi The girls agree to buy the phone & informs their other friends about the same
Soon Daya is seen teaching the steps to the girls in the shop

This story evolves around happenings in "Gokuldham Co-operative Society" and covers topical issues which are socially relevant.The show predominantly revolves around 'Jethalaal' (Dilip Joshi) who is an uneducated Gujarati businessman. Your 'Taarak Mehta' (Sailesh Lodha), is his neighbour. 'Jethalaal' finds a friend and philosopher in 'Taarak Mehta' and often goes to him for advice whenever he is in trouble. Jethalaal's family includes his simpleton wife 'Daya Ben' (Disha Wakani) and a mischievous son 'Tapu' (Bhavya Gandhi). Tapu is a menace and a constant source of trouble to all the members of Gokuldham. They have often warned 'Jethalaal' to reform 'Tapu' or else be prepared to leave the premises. Lost hopes of being heard by his son pushes Jethalaal' to call his father 'Champaklal' (Amit Bhatt) from the village. This was his great idea of leashing some control over the mischievous Tapu. The opposite happens and the grandfather joins hands with the grandson to make life a roller coaster troublesome ride for Jethalaal.
