Water – as required to make a tight dough
For Chocolate Ganache:
Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips – 1/4 Cup
Heavy Cream – 1/3 Cup
For Stuffing:
Heavy Cream – 1/3 Cup
Milk Powder – 1/2 Cup
Chopped Nuts (Pista, almonds, cashews) – 1/3 Cup
Cocoa Powder – 1 Tbsp
Powdered Sugar – 1/3 Cup
Clarified Butter (Ghee) – 2 Tbsp
For Frying
Oil – for deep Frying
