DNA: नए कानून में क्या है? | 3 New Criminal Laws | Amit Shah | Parliament Session 2024 | IPC | CrPC

आज से देश में तीन नए Criminal Laws लागू हो गए. IPC 1860 की जगह भारतीय न्याय संहिता 2023 ने ली है. CRPC 1973 की जगह भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता 2023 लागू हो गई. और भारतीय साक्ष्य कानून यानी Indian Evidence Act 1872 की जगह भारतीय साक्ष्य संहिता ने ले ली है.

From today, three new criminal laws came into force in the country. IPC 1860 has been replaced by the Indian Judicial Code 2023. Indian Civil Defense Code 2023 came into force in place of CRPC 1973. And the Indian Evidence Act i.e. Indian Evidence Act 1872 has been replaced by the Indian Evidence Code.
