कल एशिया कप में शारजाह के मैदान पर पाकिस्तान और अफगानिस्तान के बीच कांटे का मैच हुआ. जिसमें पाकिस्तान ने आखिरी ओवर में जैसे-तैसे एक विकेट से जीत हासिल कर ली. पाकिस्तान मैच तो जीत गया लेकिन अपनी इज्जत हार गया. मैच के दौरान पाकिस्तानी बल्लेबाज आसिफ अली ने अफगानी गेंदबाज फरीद अहमद को मारने के लिए अपना बल्ला उठाया और एक पल के लिए तो ऐसा लगा मानो आसिफ अली फरीद पर बल्ला चला ही देंगे.

Pakistan won the match but lost its honour. During the match, Pakistani batsman Asif Ali raised his bat to hit Afghan bowler Farid Ahmed and for a moment it seemed as if Asif Ali would use the bat to hit Farid.
