पाकिस्तान मीडिया की एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, मुजफ्फराबाद के अवैध रूप से कब्जे वाले क्षेत्र में निराश निवासियों ने आटे की कीमतों में बढ़ोतरी के खिलाफ विरोध प्रदर्शन किया। व्यापार संघों और अन्य समूहों ने सरकार को चेतावनी दी है कि अगर कीमतों में कमी नहीं हुई तो वे 19 जनवरी के बाद आंदोलन शुरू करेंगे। आटा कारोबारियों ने आपूर्ति को नियंत्रित करने के लिए नगरपालिका समितियां बनाने की सरकार की योजना को खारिज कर दिया है।

Frustrated residents in the illegally-occupied region of Muzaffarabad staged a protest against the spike in the prices of flour, according to a Pakistan media report. Trade associations and other groups have warned the government if the prices do not come down, they will launch a movement after January 19, it said. The flour dealers have rejected the government's plan to form municipal committees to control the supplies.
