बिहार की राजधानी पटना में बदमाशों ने कंकड़बाग कॉलोनी में सेना के जवान की गोली मारकर हत्‍या कर दी है. वहीं दूसरी तरफ पटना में 9वीं की छात्रा को भी गोली मारी गई है हादसे के बाद BJP नेता रविशंकर प्रसाद ने कहा बिहार में कानून व्यवस्था फेल है.

In Bihar's capital Patna, miscreants shot and killed an army soldier in Kankarbagh Colony. On the other hand, a student of class 9th has also been shot in Patna. After the accident, BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad said that law and order has failed in Bihar.
