नीतीश कुमार ने इस्तीफा देने के बाद कहा है कि पूरी पार्टी NDA छोड़ने पर एकजुट थी. साथ ही उन्होंने ये दावा किया कि आगे उन्हें बिहार की सेवा करनी है. ये वही नीतीश कुमार हैं जिन्होंने पिछली बार बीजेपी के साथ गठबंधन के बाद कहा था कि वो मरे या जिंदा रहे हैं लेकिन RJD के साथ कभी भी गठबंधन नहीं करेंगे.
