Deshhit: एक तरफ युवाओं के चहरे पर खुशी है तो कर्नाटक कांग्रेस में निराशा. मंदिरों से लगान वसूलने वाले कर्नाटक सरकार के फैसले पर पानी फिर गया है। दरअसल कर्नाटक की सिद्धारमैया सरकार ने विधानसभा में बिल पास करा मंदिरों से टैक्स वसूलने का नया प्रस्ताव रखा था. संत समाज इस फैसले से नाखुश था. तो वहीं बीजेपी ने कांग्रेस पर हमले तेज़ कर दिया। कर्नाटक सरकार एक तरफ मंदिरों से टैक्स वसूलने का बिल लाई थी तो दूसरी तरफ अन्य धार्मिक स्थलों की अनुदान राशि बढ़ाने का प्रावधान कर दिया लेकिन विधान परिषद में कांग्रेस को बड़ा झटका लगा, ये प्रस्ताव गिर गया.

In fact, the Siddaramaiah government of Karnataka had passed a bill in the Assembly and made a new proposal to collect tax from temples. Sant Samaj was unhappy with this decision. So BJP intensified its attack on Congress. On one hand, the Karnataka government had brought a bill to collect tax from temples and on the other hand, it had made a provision to increase the grant amount for other religious places, but Congress got a big blow in the Legislative Council, this proposal was defeated.
