CHICKEN KEBAB WRAP



First grill the tomato & green chilies

Then remove the skin and chop them

Take a bowl add 1 cup of chicken mince

Add 1/2 tsp of kashmiri chili powder

Add 1/2 tsp of grated ginger & garlic

Add ½ tsp of cumin powder

Add 1/2 tsp of coriander powder

Add mixed herbs

Add coriander leaves

Add 1 tb spn of chopped onions

Add some salt and mix it.

Heat a pan add ghee

And put the chicken mix and make it flat

Then cook in a slow flame, keep a side

Now take some dough make chapati

And cook on both sides.

Now add 1 tb spn of grated cheese

Add chopped coriander leaves

Add some salsa and 1 tsp of chilli flakes

Add some more cheese and hold it.

Then apply the egg.

Heat a pan put the chapati roll

Add 1 tsp of ghee

And cook in slow flame.
