बिहार जातिगत सर्वे के मामले में सरकार ने अब एक नया हलफनामा दायर किया है नए हलफनामे में पुराने हलफनामे के उस पैराग्राफ 5 को हटा लिया है, जिसमें कहा गया था कि केंद्र सरकार के अलावा किसी के पास अधिकार नहीं है.
