बहराइच में अतिक्रमण हटाने के लिए चल रहे बुलडोजर एक्शन पर हाईकोर्ट ने फिलहाल रोक लगा दी है। हाई कोर्ट ने इस मामले में अधिकारियों को 15 दिन के भीतर जवाब देने का वक्त दिया है। इससे पहले PWD ने घरों पर नोटिस चिपकाए थे, जिसमें 3 दिन के भीतर अतिक्रमण हटाने का आदेश दिया गया था। इस फैसले से प्रभावित घरों के निवासियों को थोड़ी राहत मिली है, जबकि प्रशासन अब अदालत के निर्देशों के मुताबिक आगे की कार्रवाई करेगा।

The High Court has currently put a stay on the bulldozer action being carried out to remove encroachment in Bahraich. The High Court has given the officials 15 days to respond in this matter. Earlier, the PWD had pasted notices on the houses, ordering to remove the encroachment within 3 days. This decision has brought some relief to the residents of the affected houses, while the administration will now take further action as per the court's instructions.
