वोटिंग की तरह आज काउंटिंग के दौरान भी कई जगह हिंसा हुई। डायमंड हार्बर के काउंटिंग सेंटर पर देसी बम से हमला हुआ, वहीं मालदा के एक काउंटिंग सेंटर पर दो पार्टियों के कार्यकर्ता भिड़ गये।...8 और 9 तारीख की हिंसा में 30 से ज़्यादा लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है। ..बड़ी संख्या में लोग घायल हुए हैं। हिंसा के डर से पलायन भी हुआ है। कई लोगों ने भागकर असम में शरण ली है। मरने वालों को लेकर हर पार्टी के दावे हैं कि उसके लोग ज्यादा मरे हैं। ...इस हिंसा के लिये मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी एक साथ बीजेपी-कांग्रेस और लेफ्ट के निशाने पर हैं। कांग्रेस भी ममता पर हमला कर रही है, लेकिन अधीर रंजन को छोड़ दें, तो बाक़ी नेता बहुत नाप-तौलकर बोल रहे हैं।

अब इंतज़ार करना होगा कि महागठबंधन इस हिंसा पर बोलता है या नहीं बोलता है?...अगर ममता का फेवर करता है तो उसका आगे इम्पैक्ट क्या होता है?
