Actors Vivek Oberoi and Riteish Deshmukh, who had teamed up for the ‘Masti’ series, are back together for the funniest bank robbery of the year in YRF’s upcoming film ‘Bank Chor’ and the trailer of the film, which thumbed its nose at the ‘Dhoom’ series, was unveiled minutes back.
Set in Mumbai, the film revolves around three bank robbers led by Champak (Ritiesh Deshmukh), who decide to rob a bank and end up taking the people in the bank hostages even as tough cop Amjad Khan (Vivek Oberoi) attempts to bring the culprits to book and save the day. The trailer is full of light-hearted moments and hilarious dialogues and situations. The film also stars Baba Sehgal, Sahil Vaid and Rhea Chakraborty and from what we could see in the trailer, Riteish will walk away with all the accolades in this film with his ‘Marathi manoos’ humour and comic timing.
‘Bank Chor’ is slated to release on June 16.
