Talented actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, who is known for playing edgy and quirky characters in almost all his films, will be next seen playing a hitman from the rural hinterlands of North India and the teaser of the film was released by the makers today.

From what we could see in the trailer, ‘Babumoshai Bandookbaaz’ is a fun-filled action-comedy with Nawaz unleashing his cool and ‘desi’ swag on the audience. The film somewhat reminded us of the dark humour seen in Anurag Kashyap’s ‘Gangs Of Wasseypur and we are quite curious to see what Nawaz has in store for us as and when the film releases. Apart from Nawaz, the film, which has been directed by Kushan Nandy, also stars Divya Dutta, Bidita Bag, Murli Sharma, Jatin Goswami, Shraddha Das, Anil George, Jeetu Shivhare and Bhagwan Tiwari.

Nawaz will be next seen in Sridevi starrer ‘Mom’, which also stars Akshaye Khanna.
