एआईएमआईएम (AIMIM) के नेता असदुद्दीन ओवैसी के शपथ ग्रहण के दौरान लोकसभा में हंगामा हो गया. शपथ लेने के बाद औवेसी ने ऐसे नारे लगाए जिसे लेकर कई सदस्यों ने नाराजगी जाहिर की. कानूनी जानकारों का कहना है कि ओवैसी का बयान नियमों के विरुद्ध है. वो अपनी जनसभा में कोई तकरीर नहीं दे रहे थे, बल्कि संसद में बोल रहे थे. भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 102 और 103 के संदर्भ में ओवैसी के खिलाफ भारत के राष्ट्रपति के समक्ष एक शिकायत दर्ज की गई है, जिसमें उन्हें संसद सदस्य के रूप में अयोग्य घोषित करने की मांग की गई है.

There was uproar in the Lok Sabha during the swearing-in of AIMIM leader Asaduddin Owaisi. After taking oath, Owaisi raised such slogans due to which many members expressed their displeasure. Legal experts say that Owaisi's statement is against the rules. He was not giving any speech in his public meeting, but was speaking in Parliament. A complaint has been filed against Owaisi before the President of India in terms of Articles 102 and 103 of the Constitution of India, seeking to disqualify him as a Member of Parliament.
