Asaduddin Owaisi On Bilkis Bano Case Live Updates: ऑल इंडिया मजलिस-ए-इत्तेहादुल मुस्लिमीन (AIMIM) के प्रमुख असदुद्दीन ओवैसी ने गुरुवार को 2002 के गुजरात दंगों के दौरान बिलकिस बानो सामूहिक बलात्कार और उसके परिजनों की हत्या से संबंधित मामले में 11 दोषियों को छूट देने पर केंद्र की खिंचाई की और कहा कि भाजपा सरकार दोहरी नीति अपनाई है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि भाजपा जो कुछ भी कर रही है, वह आगामी गुजरात चुनाव जीतने के लिए है। उन्होंने कहा, "एक महिला होने के नाते आप बिलकिस बानो के दर्द को समझ सकती हैं। उन्हें मुस्लिम के तौर पर नहीं देखा जा सकता, लेकिन यह न्याय का मामला है और हम मांग करते हैं कि छूट का आदेश रद्द किया जाए और दोषियों को जेल भेजा जाए।"

All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi on Thursday slammed centre over granting remission to 11 convicts in the case related to Bilkis Bano gang-rape and murder of her kin during the 2002 Gujarat riots and said that the BJP government has taken a double standard policy. He alleged that whatever BJP is doing, is just for winning the upcoming Gujarat Election. "As a woman, you can understand Bilkis Bano's pain. She cannot be seen as a Muslim, but this is a matter of justice and we demand to cancel the remission order and send the convicts to jail," he said.
