Ingredients/ Method
2 medium size potatoes
1 finely chopped onion
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Salt per taste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 cup water
2 medium size tomatoes
1 cup corn
1 tsp curry powder
Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve with Roti (Indian flatbread)
