आकांक्षा दुबे खुदकुशी मामले में आरोपी समर सिंह को गाजियाबाद कोर्ट ने ट्रांजिट रिमांड पर वाराणसी पुलिस को सौंप दिया है...कोर्ट ने समर को 24 घंटे की ट्रांजिट रिमांड पर भेजा है...आरोपी समर सिंह को देर रात वाराणसी पुलिस ने गाजियाबाद की एक सोसासटी से गिरफ्तार किया था......इसके बाद उसका मेडिकल कराया गया...गाजियाबाद की एक सोसायटी में फ्लैट नंबर 1034 में उसने ठिकाना बना रखा था....आकांक्षा दुबे की मां के की शिकायत में भोजपुरी गायक समर सिंह और उसके भाई संजय सिंह को मुख्य आरोपी बनाया गया है...पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट में भूरे रंग का पदार्थ मिलने की पुष्टि हुई थी और कलाइयों पर निशान भी मिले थे ऐसे में आकांक्षा दुबे की हत्या का शक गहरा रहा था जिसके बाद बनारस पुलिस ने आरोपी को गाजियाबाद से धर दबोचा
