तालिबान ने अफगानिस्तान में लड़कियों के लिए यूनिवर्सिटीज में पढ़ने पर बैन लगा दिया है. तालिबान ने हायर एजुकेशन के प्रभारी मंत्री ने इस बारे में आदेश जारी किया.
