V.K Murthy (born on November 26, 1923, Mysore India) was Guru Dutt's regular cameraman. He was the first Indian cinematographer to shoot a film on CinemaScope (75mm) -- Kaagaz Ke Phool. He was a true visionary who not just captured images but created them.
