* Chopped Green Chili कटी हुई हरी मिर्च - 1tbsp
* Ginger अदरक - 1 tsp
* Garlic लहसुन
* Black Pepper Powder काली मिर्च पाउडर - 1 tsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 2 tsp
* Salt as per Taste स्वादानुसार नमक
* Garam Masala गरम मसाला
* All purpose flour मैदा - 2 to 3 tbsp
* Corn flour कॉर्न फ्लौर - 4 tbsp
* Oil तेल - 2 tbsp
* Ginger अदरक - 1 tbsp

* Chopped Capsicum बारीक़ कटा शिमला मिर्च

* Black Pepper Powder काली मिर्च पाउडर - 1/2 tsp
* Salt as per Taste स्वादानुसार नमक
* Chopped Spring Onion कटा हुआ हरा प्याज
* Soy Sauce सोया सॉस - 2 tbsp
* Red Chilli Sauce
* Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
* Vinegar सिरका - 1 tsp
* Water पानी - 4 tbsp
* Corn flour कॉर्न फ्लौर - 1 tsp
* Chopped Spring Onion कटा हुआ हरा प्याज
Instructions:
Make the Manchurian Balls: In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrot, spring onion, capsicum, flour, cornstarch, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
Heat oil for deep frying in a pan or wok. Once hot, carefully drop spoonfuls of the vegetable mixture into the oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy on all sides. Drain on paper towels.
Make the Manchurian Sauce: In a separate pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add ginger, garlic, and green chili (if using), and cook until fragrant.
Add water, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, red chili flakes, black pepper, and salt. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the fried Manchurian balls to the sauce and gently toss to coat them evenly.
Cook for another minute or two, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
