दिल्ली सरकार को अफसरों की ट्रांसफर-पोस्टिंग और विजिलेंस का अधिकार दिए जाने के सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले को केंद्र सरकार ने शु्क्रवार को पलट दिया है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले के बाद केंद्र ने दिल्ली में ट्रांसफर-पोस्टिंग के पावर के लिए अध्यादेश जारी किया है.
