मैकरोनी और ब्राउन राइस पुलाव | How To Make #MacaroniAndBrownRicePulao | Food Ka Mood
Flavourful #pulao cooked with brown rice, olive oil, macaroni and spices. Try it in your kitchen.
Ingredients
Butter 2 tbsp
Olive oil 4-5 tbsp
Cloves ¾ tsp
Cardamom 5-6
Black cumin seed 1 tsp
Cinnamon sticks 2-3
Fennel seeds 2 tsp
Cashew nuts finely 6 tsp chopped
Onion finely chopped 1 medium
Garlic finely chopped 1 tbsp
Green chilies finely chopped ¾ tbsp
Brown rice 1 ½ cup
Macaroni cooked 1 cup
For garnish
Cloves
Cinnamon stick
Green cardamom
Boiled macaroni
Mint leaves
Method
First, soak brown rice in water for 2 hours.
Now heat butter in a pan and add olive oil. Now add cloves, cardamom powder, black cumin seeds, cinnamon sticks, cashew nuts, fennel seeds, onion, garlic, green chilies, ginger, and brown rice in it and stir.
Add water, salt and mint leaves in it, then cover and cook for 6-8 minutes.
Open the cover and add macaroni, olive oil, cashew nuts, and butter in it.
Now on the plate keep cloves, cinnamon sticks, and green cardamom.
Set the prepared rice in the cutter ring, and then take out the cutter.
Garnish the prepared rice with cooked macaroni, mint leaves, and olive oil.
Your macaroni and brown rice ready to serve.
