धर्म या सांप्रदायिक आधार पर भड़काऊ बयान देने के मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सख्त टिप्पणी की है. कोर्ट ने कहा है कि सांप्रदायिक आधार पर भड़काऊ बयान देने वाला जिस भी धर्म का हो, उस पर तुरंत कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए.

The Supreme Court has made a strong comment in the matter of making inflammatory statements on religious or communal grounds. The court has said that whatever religion he belongs to who makes provocative statements on communal grounds, immediate action should be taken against him.
