सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कर्नाटक हाई कोर्ट के एक जज की टिप्पणी को संज्ञान में लिया और उस पर ऐतराज जताया। साथ ही लाइव स्ट्रीमिंग के दौरान जजों को सावधानी बरतने के निर्देश दिए. कर्नाटक हाईकोर्ट के जज जस्टिस श्रीशानंद ने ओपन कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान बेंगलूरु के एक इलाके को पाकिस्तान कहते नज़र आए थे. जिस पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आपत्ति जताई और कहा कि देश के किसी हिस्से को पाकिस्तान नहीं कह सकते. सुप्रीम कोर्ट के ऐतराज के बाद जज ने इस पर माफी मांग ली.
