Bombay High Court on PFI: बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने प्रतिबंध संगठन पॉपुलर फ्रंट ऑफ इंडिया (पीएफआई) के कथित तीन सदस्यों को जमानत देने से इनकार कर दिया है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि प्रथम दृष्टया रिकॉर्ड से संकेत मिलते है कि आरोपियों ने 2047 तक भारत को इस्लामिक देश में बदलने की साजिश रची थी

The Bombay High Court on Tuesday denied bail to three men arrested by the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) in 2022 for their alleged links with the banned terror outfit Popular Front of India (PFI) and for "conspiring to overthrow the government by using criminal force." In its observation, a division bench of Justices Ajey Gadkari and Shyam Chandak noted that the accused "conspired to transform India into an Islamic nation by 2047."
