Sugar - 1 cup (200 gms)
Cocoa Powder - 1/4 cup (4 tbsp)
Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
Custard Powder - 1 tbsp
Milk - 500 ml
Dark Chocolate - 3 tbsp

InstructionsSummer Drink Surati Cold Cocoa
To make Cocoa Powder, first take a grinding jar and add 1 cup sugar.
Now add 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, 2 tbsp of cornflour, 1 tbsp of custard powder.
Now blend everything well.
Now transfer it into a bowl, and your Instant Cocoa Powder pe-mix is ready.
Now, to make Instant cold cocoa, place a pan on flame and add 500 ml milk to it.
Now boil the milk on medium flame until its turn thick.
While boiling milk, take out 3 tbsp of hot milk into a bowl.
Now add 3 tbsp of cocoa instant mix into the hot milk and mix well.
Now, little by little, add cocoa powder and milk mixture into boiling mix and mix well.
Now add 3 tbsp of dark chocolate and stir continuously and mix well.
Cook until mix start coating on the spatula.
After its start coating on the spatula, turn off the flame and let it cool and stir continuously.
Now transfer it into a bowl and let it cool in the fridge.
Now crush the ice cubes on a cloth.
Now, take a glass and add crushed ice into it.
Now add cold cocoa to the glass.
Now your cold cocoa is entirely ready, and you can enjoy it.
