Ingredients :
Ingredients:
400g Paneer [00:31]
½ cup Milk Powder [01:23]
1 cup Sugar (you can adjust to your taste) [01:38]
½ cup Milk (room temperature) [01:51]
A little bit of cardamom powder [01:59]
Ghee (optional, if not using a non-stick pan) [02:35]

Instructions:
Break the paneer into small pieces and place them in a grinding jar [01:04].
Add milk powder, sugar, milk, and cardamom powder to the jar with the paneer [01:23].
Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth paste [02:06].
Pour the mixture into a pan or kadai and cook on low-medium heat [02:18].
Continuously stir the mixture until it starts to leave the sides of the pan [03:14].
Once the mixture is cooked, turn off the gas [03:26].
Grease a cake tin or a plate and line it with butter paper [03:40].
Pour the mixture into the tin and spread it evenly [03:54].
Let the barfi set. This can be done by leaving it at room temperature or by placing it in the fridge for about 20 minutes to set faster [04:18].
Once set, gently flip it out of the tin [04:44] and garnish it as desired [05:04].
