Chandi Sona is a 1977 thriller drama film starring Sanjay Khan, Parveen Babi, Pran and Premnath. Mayur and Rita are stage actors and lovers. They arrive on an island that has a tomb of Shahenshah Chandi Sona. Under the tomb is a lot of wealth. The film is about Mayur and Rita's dramatic attempt to steal this wealth by taking help from escaped jailbirds and deep-sea divers. They do so by constructing an underground tunnel through the swimming pool in the house that they've bought from Mayadevi.
