[00:15] Gajar (Grated Carrots)
[00:30] Ghee (Clarified Butter)
[01:05] Doodh (Milk)
[01:40] Milk Powder
[02:20] Cheeni (Sugar)
[03:10] Elaichi Powder (Cardamom Powder)
[03:30] Kesar (Saffron)
[04:45] Dry Fruits (Pista / Badam)

Method (Short – English)
[00:10] Wash and grate the carrots.
[00:40] Heat ghee and roast grated carrots on low-medium flame until soft.
[01:20] Add milk powder and little milk; mix to form a dough-like mixture.
[02:00] Shape the mixture into smooth, crack-free balls.n.
[03:40] Boil milk; add sugar, saffron, and cardamom, and cook until slightly thick.
[07:20] Add fried carrot balls to the hot milk and let them soak.
[09:00] Garnish with dry fruits and serve warm or chilled.
