Zee News Live: लाउडस्पीकर विवाद को लेकर इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय ने संज्ञान लिया है। हाईकोर्ट ने टिप्पणी दी है कि "कानून अब तय हो गया है" कि मस्जिदों में लाउडस्पीकर का उपयोग मौलिक अधिकारों द्वारा संरक्षित नहीं है। बता दें कि बुधवार को अदालत ने UP के बदायूं जिले के निवासी इरफान द्वारा दायर एक याचिका को खारिज करते हुए यह टिप्पणी की,जो चाहती थी कि बिसौली अनुमंडल मजिस्ट्रेट के दिसंबर 2021 के आदेश को रद्द कर दिया जाए, जिसमें एक मस्जिद में लाउडस्पीकर का उपयोग करने के अनुरोध को खारिज कर दिया गया था। अज़ान (प्रार्थना के लिए बुलाओ)।

In regard to Loudspeaker Controversy, The Allahabad High Court has remarked that "the law is now settled" that the use of loudspeakers in mosques is not protected by fundamental rights. The court also made the remarks on Wednesday while dismissing a petition filed by Irfan, a resident of Uttar Pradesh's Budaun district, who wanted the Bisauli subdivision magistrate's December 2021 order to be quashed, allowing use of loudspeakers in a mosque.However, The request was rejected.
