Now maximum 9 SIM cards can be taken on one ID. For taking more SIM than this, a fine can range from Rs 50 thousand to Rs 2 lakh. If a person buys a SIM card fraudulently, he can be fined up to Rs 50 lakh or jailed for up to 3 years.

अब बात Zee जानकारी की. आज से Telecommuniction Act 2023 लागू हो गया है। जिसके बाद सिम कार्ड के इस्तेमाल को लेकर कई बड़े बदलाव हुए हैं. अब एक आईडी पर मैक्सिमम 9 सिम कार्ड लिए जा सकेंगे। इससे ज्यादा सिम लेने पर 50 हज़ार से 2 लाख रुपये तक जुर्माना लग सकता है. अगर कोई व्यक्ति फर्जी तरीके से सिम कार्ड खरीदता है, तो उसे 50 लाख रुपये तक जुर्माना या 3 साल तक की जेल हो सकती है.
