बिहार की करते हैं जहां से हमें कॉल आई एक अन्नदाता की.. जिन्होंने बताया कि जहां एक तरफ सहकारी समिति 48 घंटे में किसानो को भुगतान का दावा करती है.. तो वहीं दूसरी तरफ हकीकत ये है कि उनको उनकी फसल का पैसा करीब 10 साल से नहीं मिला.. वो भी तब जब हाईकोर्ट तक इसके लिए ऑर्डर कर चुका है.
