Yogi Government New Labour Rule : UP में महिलाओं को Night Shift के लिए बाध्‍य नहीं किया जाएगा |Hindi

यूपी सरकार ने महिला सुरक्षा के मद्देनजर सरकारी और निजी क्षेत्रों में काम करने वाली महिलाओं के लिए नए नियमों का ऐलान किया है. इसके तहत कामकाजी महिलाओं को शाम 7 बजे के बाद और सुबह 6 बजे से पहले ड्यूटी करने के लिए बाध्‍य नहीं किया जाएगा. यह वर्क फ्रॉम होम और वर्क फ्रॉम ऑफिस दोनों पर लागू होगा.

In view of women's safety, the UP government has announced new rules for women working in government and private sectors. Under this, working women will not be compelled to do duty after 7 pm and before 6 am. This will be applicable on both work from home and work from office.
