चीनी राष्ट्रपति ने जी-20 बैठक के समापन सत्र के इतर एक अनुवादक के जरिए ट्रूडो से कहा, 'हम हर जिस चीज पर चर्चा करते हैं उसे अखबार को लीक कर दिया जाता है. यह उचित नहीं है.' उन्होंने कहा, 'यह संवाद का तरीका नहीं है. अगर गंभीरता हो तो हमारे बीच अच्छी बातचीत हो सकती हैं. अन्यथा मुश्किल होगी.’
