When Rajinikanth overshadowed Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan's presence...

It was quite an eventful day when two superstars -- Rajinikanth and Shahrukh Khan shared the same roof at the audio launch of former's upcoming film,Kochadaiiyaan.

However, King Khan's presence was totally overshadowed by Rajini's power packed presence, we hear. Wasn't that a given? After all, the South superstar's popularity isn't limited to the hilarious jokes that are made about him, right?

Anyway, the event was scheduled at 10.30 am. Rajini's wife, Latha, and daughters, Soundarya and Aishwarya, were at the venue at 10 in the morning. Rajini walked in at exactly 10.25 am, soon after which the audience went crazy. Then entered the music composer of Kochadaiiyaan -- A R Rahman. Shahrukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and Jackie Shroff came in after ten minutes. Apparently, the Chennai Express co-stars took a ride on a chartered plane from Mumbai at around seven in the morning to reach the venue on time.

Reportedly, heads of 500 Rajinikanth fan clubs were invited to the event. For those of you who don't know the Robot actor has over 70,000 registered fan clubs. Throughout the event, Rajini's fans, who were seated in the balcony were cheering loudly 'Rajini Sir'. Looks like no one really cared about the others present at the event including Shahrukh.

Well, we aren't surprised. King Khan's presence went totally unnoticed at the audio launch ofKochadaiiyaan, what about you peeps?
