Monsoon 2023: आधा हिंदुस्तान इस वक्त भारी बारिश (Rainfall) की मार झेल रहा है. शहर-शहर बारिश से आफत मची हुई है. नदी-नाले उफान पर हैं तो कई जगह बारिश का पानी घरों में घुस आया है. एक तरीके से कहा जाए तो आधे हिंदुस्तान पर बारिश का आपातकाल लगा हुआ है.
