In a diamond robbery case, a thief while double crossing his boss is wounded and the other thief tries to steal the diamonds. But he escapes and hides the diamonds in the ramp of a horse carriage -Victoria No 203. The owner of this horse carriage is blamed for murdering and wounding the thief. Two old golden-hearted crooks, Raja and Rana, recently released from jail, now want to spend the rest of their lives as good, respected men.
