Uttarakhand Flood: उत्तराखंड Uttarkashi में नदी में नहाने गया युवक अचानक नदी में फंस गया, वहीं स्थानीय लोगों ने युवक को निकालने में की मदद की। वहीं हिमाचल के मंडी में बाढ़ से हालात खराब है, जहां एसडीआरएफ ने लोगों की जान बचाई। वही मनाली में गुरुद्वारा मणिकर्ण साहेब में भी पानी भर गया।
