UCC Implemented Breaking News: उत्तराखंड में यूनिफॉर्म सिविल कोड यानी यूसीसी लागू हो गया है. मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने आज सोमवार 27 जनवरी 2025 को यूसीसी नियमावली और पोर्टल को लॉन्च कर दिया है. ऐसे में अब उत्तराखंड राज्य में यूनिफॉर्म सिविल कोड प्रभावी हो गया है. यूनिफॉर्म सिविल कोड लागू होने के बाद उत्तराखंड देश का पहला ऐसा राज्य बन गया है, जहां यूसीसी लागू हो गया है. ऐसे में यूसीसी नियमावली में दिए गए प्रावधान के अनुरूप ही विवाह रजिस्ट्रेशन, तलाक पंजीकरण, वसीयत, समेत तमाम प्रक्रियाएं की जाएंगी.

Uniform Civil Code i.e. UCC has come into force in Uttarakhand. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has launched the UCC manual and portal today on Monday 27 January 2025. In such a situation, now the Uniform Civil Code has become effective in the state of Uttarakhand. After the implementation of Uniform Civil Code, Uttarakhand has become the first state in the country where UCC has been implemented. In such a situation, all the processes including marriage registration, divorce registration, will, etc. will be done as per the provisions given in the UCC manual.
