UP Nagar Nikay Chunav 2023 Live Updates: उत्तर प्रदेश नगरीय निकाय चुनाव और हाल ही में हुए विधानसभा उपचुनाव के लिए वोटों की गिनती शनिवार सुबह 8 बजे से शुरू हो चुकी है. स्वार (रामपुर) और छानबे (एससी) (मिर्जापुर) के उपचुनाव के लिए मतदान 10 मई को हुआ था, जबकि राज्य में नगरीय निकाय चुनाव के लिए वोटिंग दो चरणों में चार मई और 11 मई को हुई थी. अधिकारियों के मुताबिक, स्वार और छानबे विधानसभा सीटों पर उपचुनाव में मतदान प्रतिशत कम रहा और दोनों जगहों पर क्रमश: 44.95 प्रतिशत और 44.15 फीसदी वोटिंग हुई थी. नगरीय निकाय चुनाव में 11 मई को दूसरे चरण में 38 जिलों में 53 प्रतिशत वोटर्स ने वोट डाला था. जबकि 4 मई को पहले चरण में राज्य के 37 जिलों में 52 प्रतिशत मतदान हुआ था. एक साल पहले हुए विधानसभा चुनाव में स्वार में मतदान प्रतिशत 68.8 था, जब सपा नेता आजम खान के बेटे अब्दुल्ला आजम खान ने अपने प्रतिद्वंद्वी अपना दल (सोनेलाल) के उम्मीदवार को हरा दिया था.

UP Nagar Nikay Chunav 2023 Live Updates: The counting of votes for the Uttar Pradesh urban body elections and the recently held assembly by-elections has started from 8 am on Saturday. Voting for the bypolls to Swar (Rampur) and Chanbe (SC) (Mirzapur) was held on May 10, while voting for the urban body elections in the state was held in two phases on May 4 and May 11. According to officials, the voter turnout in the bypolls to Swar and Chanbe assembly seats was low with 44.95 per cent and 44.15 per cent voter turnout recorded in both the places respectively. In the urban body elections on May 11, in the second phase, 53 percent voters had cast their votes in 38 districts. While in the first phase on May 4, 52 percent polling was held in 37 districts of the state. Swar had a polling percentage of 68.8 in the assembly elections held a year ago, when Abdullah Azam Khan, son of SP leader Azam Khan, defeated his rival Apna Dal (Sonelal) candidate.
