देश के अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण राज्य मंत्री मोहसिन रजा ने कहा की पहले बच्चों को तुष्टिकरण की तरह इस्तेमाल किया जाता था। उन्हीने असम के मुख्यमंत्री हिमंता के बयान का समर्थन करते हुए कहा की पहले अल्पसख्यकों को वोटबैंक की तरह इस्तेमाल किया जाता था
