Shivaay is an upcoming Indian action film directed and produced by Ajay Devgn under his banner Ajay Devgn Films. Besides directing, He has also written the Story. Devgn also stars in the film with Sayyeshaa Saigal And Erika Kaar in the lead roles. Mithoon composed the film's score and soundtrack.

The film is scheduled for a worldwide release on 28 October 2016. The trailer for the film received rave reviews and released on 8th August 2016.
